Thank you for choosing The Good Zen. Please read our All Sales Are Final Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Returns and Exchanges:

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds.
  • Damaged unopened products can be returned for an exchange within 7 consecutive days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the damaged unopened product.

2. Eligibility for Exchange:

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Service Line by emailing us at admin@thegoodzen.com within 7 consecutive days of receiving the product.
  • Provide your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and photographic evidence of the unopened product.

3. Inspection and Approval:

  • Once we receive your request, we will inspect the product to determine eligibility for exchange.
  • If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged unopened product.

4. Exchange Process:

  • The exchange process will be initiated upon approval of your request.
  • The replacement product will be shipped to you once the returned product is received and inspected.

5. Non-eligible Items:

  • Opened products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Any product not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for exchange.
